- Our return policy lasts 30 Days. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered or the latest estimated delivery date, we can not offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped with a HoodieWraps provided return label in order for your return and refund to be processed.
Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we do not exchange items and only offer refunds for products sold on our site.
Cancellations / Order Changes
- You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the order. Please note that orders process quickly, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order has already shipped and cannot be canceled, your order can be fully refunded after it is delivered. Please refer to the Return Policy above on how to return your order.
